THE CHAKRA TABLE
Pinerock Kitchen is honored to introduce The Chakra Table - an intimate one-day immersive experience created in collaboration with healer, Shawn Bos.
Set in the beauty of Pinyon Crest, California, this inaugural gathering marks the beginning of a longer vision we are deeply excited to share - a series of thoughtfully curated wellness experiences designed to nourish the body, restore the nervous system & create deeper connection through nature, healing & food.
Throughout the day, guests will be guided through three meditation journeys led by Shawn, each working through the seven chakras in a grounded & expansive way. Between sessions, Pinerock Kitchen will serve a series of intentionally crafted plant-based dishes designed to correspond with each chakra - aligning color, nutrient & body connection to deepen the experience.
Held in an intimate setting just moments from Palm Desert, The Chakra Table has been created as a space to slow down, reconnect & experience healing in a more intentional way.
This is the first of a long-term series of experiences from Shawn Bos & Pinerock Kitchen, leading into future retreats across California & Europe.
